In case you need to factory reset the headend, it can be done by following the 4 steps:


  1. Power off
  2. Press the recessed reset button above the LED and hold in using a paperclip or similar                                 
  3. Power on whilst holding in the reset button
  4. Hold reset button until LED flashes GREEN (~10 sec.)




This will clear all configuration and memory.

Password and management IP-address are reset to default.
