When you are about to purchase a license from the PRT, you need to extract the 'Equipment File' from the headend.
First you need to login into the headend.
Click 'Admin'.
Click 'Download Equipment file'.
The equipment file (tdch_equipment.json) will be downloaded to your "download folder"
