When downloading and opening TRIAX help files you might experience issues. These issues are easily identified when opening the file.


If the content part of the file is blank you need to follow the short guide below.



1. First you need to make sure that the file is stored locally on your computer. This could be the C-drive. In this example, it is stored in "C:\tools".


2. Right-click the file and click on "Properties".


3. Checkmark "Unblock" in the "General" pane.


4. Click "Apply" to save the settings. Click "OK" to close the properties.


You will now see the content of the help file upon opening it.
