To order a License:


Download the equipment file from the Admin Menu of the Headend 

(save “WITHOUT” renaming the file) and go to:


triax.com / tech support / order a license


and complete the online License Order Form


You will need:

  • Site Name


  • End Customer Name


  • Invoice & P.O. Number for the License Order


  • The equipment file



Upon receipt of the License File from TRIAX Support the .json file will need to be uploaded to the Headend
