The TRIAX EoC Controller holds the log files for the complete system. Some of the files are encrypted thou, simply because of the complexity of the log.
If you wish to view the logfiles or need to send them to TRIAX Support, you must first log in to the controller and navigate to 'System' -> 'Logs & Reports'.
Here you will see 3 buttons, that creates a file for download:
