The TRIAX EoC Controller holds the log files for the complete system. Some of the files are encrypted though, simply because of the complexity of the log.


If you wish to view the logfiles or need to send them to TRIAX Support, you must first log in to the controller and download the files. There are 2 methods, depending on the software version.

In the latest software, you will find the logs in the "Admin" menu.

  • Diagnose-snapshot: A complete snapshot/dump of the system when the files were downloaded.
  • Equipment-file: Hardware & license overview.
  • Event-monitoring: Clear text log suitable for the installer/user of the system.
  • Trouble-shoot.tsa: Encrypted packed for TRIAX Support.
User level:
Event-monitoring & equipment file is plain text and viewable for all.

High level:
Diagnose-snapshot & trouble-shoot.tsa will normally be sent to support upon troubleshooting.

Navigate to "System" -> "Logs & Reports". Here you will see 3 buttons, that create a file for download:
