Sometimes the input modules fails during a software update.
This is typically due to bad connection or an unresponsive module.
Solution:
1. Remove the module and insert it again (will reset the module)
2. Remove the module and clean the connectors, then insert again (will fix the bad connection)
In worst case the software update process must be repeated up to 4 times.
