Before ordering a License for a TRIAX TDcH or TDmH Headend on the TRIAX Website, you will need to download an Equipment File and send that along with details of the License required, including the Site Name and the order number the License was ordered on.
To download the Equipment File simply:
Click on the "Admin" button in the Dashboard Screen and then the "Download Equipment File" option:
This will download the Equipment File to your "Downloads" folder on your PC from where you can attach when completing the License Order Form on the TRIAX Website:
