When you are about to register your headend solution or purchase a license, you need to download the 'Equipment File' from the headend.
The equipment file is only available from systems running software version 4.x or newer.
If you haven't upgraded the headend yet, please see the article : Software Upgrade (Sw3.x -> SW4.x)
First you need to login into the headend.
Click 'Admin'.
Click 'System Maintenance'.
Click 'Save Equip'.
- Click 'Save' to save into your Download folder, or 'Save as' if you wish so save the file elsewhere.
Your browser will now download the Equipment file to your computer.
